Abstract: | the authors model porous material by porous particles that represent a certain volume which can hold a specified amount of fluid. The main paramters are porosity (amount of void space) and permeability (transmission value for fluid). Cloth is simulated using [SSP07] but using only the distance not the orientation to neighboring particles. This allows for bending but prohibits material stretching. |
